Is yoga for you? Yes, yoga is for everyone! You don’t have to be flexible and yoga always offers enough alternatives that are suitable for your body during class. Different styles of yoga are offered and combinations are made between the different styles, such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga.
